Let’s not let this lot get away with this piece of legislation….
Why can they pass a law to get their butts out of hot water, but can’t pass one that will give tougher sentencing on those a-holes that kill kids and rape old ladies?????
Remember, it’s YOUR hard-earned money they spent on getting themselves voted in, not their political parties money!

Whoo Hoo! My new toy this week is GoogleMaps. It is sooooo cool. I have been finding all sorts of neat places. Places where I have lived, been on holiday to, where friends live etc, etc….

Where do the weekends go??? This last one seemed to vanish rather quickly and with a lot of expense too!
With Spring here and it being fairly sunny, but still a chill in the air, we decided to invite Big Son and some of his pals, Ollie, Anna and Grant round for a BBQ 
on Sunday.
This is fine, but when R decided to check the BBQ and give it a bit of a “service”, it was discovered that the burners had rusted and a new BBQ was the only solution. (Well, who am I to say no to him, when this is the only way I can get him to cook!)
After much searching and humming and haaaing, he settled on a real “luxury” one complete with a rotisserie and a hob to use a wok on – R is definately being adventurous!!! Then I saw one of those patio burner heater thingies and decided we needed one of those too, ’cause sometimes it gets cold! 
The delivery takes place next week…. Now if only we had our new deck built to accommodate the new stuff! 
Anyway, BBQ went ahead using our old one and R still managed to do an excellent job of the steak – The kids enjoyed having a “proper” meal for a change and the free beer was a bonus! 
Ah… Good weekend!
Gosh, been back for weeks and have not been near the blog at all…
Well will try to update more often.
Wish I was still on holiday. Have started printing out all my photos – massive job – and then I still have to scrapbook them! AAAAARRRGGHHH!
Perhaps I’ll also add a photo gallery to the site so everyone can share some of our travels.
